		<description>The staggering thing to me was how quickly they made a difference. I'm now at the point where my posture is better when I'm walking in other shoes as well. It may be that I just want them to work because of the initial cost of them, but I swear my legs are more toned as well. Definitely a worthwhile investment though.</description>

		<description>We have three trainers testing the MBT in different ways and each has said they did not realise how lazy they had gotten in terms of posture and this is where the MBT trainer makes all the difference. Well done for trying them out! Sorry they are so expensive in London!</description>
